“Modular village" for refugees, 701 modules, 27 buildings, plus laundry, substation, nursery
A building complex with an expected capacity of up to 1000 residents, which we delivered to Hamburg, Germany, between February and June this year. A dignified refuge from war and other hardships of life that forced its inhabitants to leave their native countries, in this case mainly Syria, Pakistan, Azerbaijan.
Accommodation for families is provided by connecting several modules. In October 2023, the entire accommodation complex will be completed with a modular nursery serving the resident community.
- 25 buildings with 25 modules, including the “pram room”
- 2 buildings with 30 and 24 modules for social workers
- Laundry (2 modules)
- Connection of assemblies to water and electrical distribution (1 module)
- Nursery, 19 modules with additional delivery in October 2023
Technical design of buildings:
- Additional roofs
- Standard interior design in laminated chipboard
- GEG thermal insulation meeting local standards
- 2x outdoor staircase
- Each floor has its own:
- bathroom facilities for ladies/gents
- kitchen and dining room
- Roller shutters with wind resistance class 5
- Central water and electrical distribution
