• Silent Floor represents a solid concrete structure with excellent acoustic and thermal insulation properties. The combination of concrete, a double reinforcing net, and insulation of PIR panels provides extraordinary strength and stability and a long life. This option is ideal especially for apartment and multi-storey modular houses that emphasise great demands for load-bearing capacity and acoustics.

•  Comfort Therm Floor is a lighter and more comfortable choice with optional integrated underfloor heating. The combination of Fermacell Therm and CETRIS boards ensures excellent acoustic and thermal parameters while keeping the weight of the structure low. This system is designed for modern residential modules where comfort, energy efficiency, flexibility, and lower cost are of importance.

• Solid Floor represents a durable and cost-effective solution utilising a double layer of CETRIS boards. This design combines strength, insulating properties, and easy installation, making this the perfect choice for projects where value and speed of implementation are key.
