New LVD press brakes
We are pleased to announce the expansion of our machine fleet. During the autumn of 2023, we successfully integrated two new CNC press brakes from the renowned LVD brand into our machinery, allowing us to achieve even higher precision and efficiency in production. Regular investment in the modernization of our equipment is aimed at continuous improvement of the quality of our products and minimization of energy consumption in our manufacturing operations.
The first of them is the EASY-FORM 9 model with an impressive pressing force of 220 tons, designed for precise bending of long members of a frame structure. This new technology allows us to achieve optimum shape and quality of each bent part with maximum reliability and precision.
Another addition to our manufacturing fleet is the DYNA-PRESS model with a pressing force of 40 tons, which was chosen to add efficiency to the production of smaller parts. This new press unit allows us to manufacture parts quickly and accurately with optimum results.
With these modern machines, we are taking our production processes to the next level, which brings benefits not only for us, but especially for our customers in terms of higher quality, precision and speed of delivery.
