Moravia Containers, a.s. and STEELMART s.r.o. Announce the Merger of Companies
Moravia Containers, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as the "Successor Company") and STEELMART s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Dissolved Company") have officially initiated the process of merger by amalgamation. This step, in accordance with valid Czech legislation, will unify the activities of both companies, with the Successor Company continuing its operations under its current legal structure.
