Open space, timeless design, fresh architecture and refined taste
Magical office space full of light, inspiring atmosphere, great ideas and at the same time taking advantage of all the benefits of modular buildings – this is how one could briefly describe the successful design of the company's new headquarters in Asse, Belgium.
At the heart of the building's chosen floor plan, an unusually sunny roofed atrium space was created. In addition to the large-format glass office walls and remotely controlled skylights, the open space of the atrium is dominated by a dog-legged all-welded lacquered staircase with walking landing anchored to the ceiling by a sophisticated system of steel cables.
The new office building consisting of 16 modules, unusually placed in the asymmetrical lines of a two-storey building connected to the adjacent hall, impresses with its tasteful and timeless design. The imaginative combination clearly proves that even a seemingly standard solution, if tastefully combined, will gain undeniable flair and easily become the centre of interest and attention not only of satisfied users, but also of the general public.
The luxurious furnishings of the office interiors, common areas and sanitary facilities, central air conditioning and, for example, concrete floors with tiles that were finished on site, have resulted in an exceptionally comfortable, unusually decent and extremely practical modular building.
